Dopo aver lavorato per 20 anni nelle principali agenzie di advertising e comunicazione italiane come copywriter e strategist, nel 2007 ho fondato l’agenzia Hagakure, una delle prime, più innovative e più importanti agenzie italiane di Social Media & Digital Communications, che ho gestito  sino al 2014 quando, fondendosi con altre due sigle, è diventata DOING l’agenzia di Digital Communications leader in Italia. Per DOING, oltre a essere uno degli shareholder ho svolto il ruolo di Board Member e Head of Creative and Content. Nel 2018 DOING è stata acquisita al 100% dalla multinazionale francese Cap Gemini, in una delle exit più significative del mercato nazionale delle Digital Consultancy.

Sono l’autore di Internet P.R. – Il dialogo in rete tra aziende e consumatori, edito nell’aprile del 2008 da Apogeo-Feltrinelli, di Social Network – Costruire e Comunicare identità in Rete di Apogeo Editore, marzo 20111. Dal 2002 al 2006 ho fatto parte del consiglio direttivo dell’Art Directors Club Italiano. Insegno e ho insegnato Digital Marketing e Communications in corsi, seminari e master presso: Università Bocconi, Università di Siena, IEDUniversità di PadovaLUISS Guido Carli, RomeIULMAccademia di ComunicazioneStogeaIsida, In The Boardroom / Valore D. Nel 2010 con Hagakure sono stato uno dei fondatori del Network di agenzie Box.

Dal 2010  mi occupo di relazioni culturali e commerciali con il Giappone.

Dapprima attraverso un’associazione culturale che ha come scopo promuovere la cultura enogastronomica giapponese e asiatica in Italia: La Via del Sake, successivamente con una boutique consulting, Nippon Concièrge, che opera nel campo del Business Consulting e Intercultural Management nel campo del turismo e ravel design con una licenza europea di Tour Operator e Online Travel Agency per clienti privati e B2B com Destination Management Company.

Nel 2019 e 2020 ho conseguito due certificazioni presso HOFSTEDE INSIGHTS e INSEAD, le più importanti istituzioni internazionali al riguardo, nel campo della Cultura Organizzativa e delle National Culture.

I am the author of Internet P.R. – Il dialogo in rete tra aziende e consumatori, published in April 2008 by Apogeo-Feltrinelli, of Social Network – Costruire e Comunicare identità in Rete by Apogeo Editore, March 2011. From 2002 to 2006 I was a member of the board of directors of the Italian Art Directors Club. I teach and have taught Digital Marketing and Communications in courses, seminars and masters at: Bocconi University, University of Siena, IED, University of Padua, LUISS Guido Carli, Rome, IULM, Accademia di Comunicazione, Stogea, Isida, In The Boardroom / Valore D. In 2010 with Hagakure I was one of the founders of the Box Agency Network.

Since 2010 I have been dealing with cultural and commercial relations with Japan. First through a cultural association that aims to promote Japanese and Asian food and wine culture in Italy: La Via del Sake, then with a boutique consulting, Nippon Concièrge, which operates in the field of Business Consulting and Intercultural Management and in the field of tourism and ravel design with a European license of Tour Operator and Online Travel Agency for private clients and B2B com Destination Management Company.

In 2019 and 2020 I obtained two certifications from HOFSTEDE INSIGHTS and INSEAD, the most important international institutions in this regard, in the field of Organisational Culture and National Cultures.
